Adam J. Titterton is an Associate at The Pickney Law Firm. The Pickney Law Firm represents individuals in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including equitable distribution of assets, child custody, child support, maintenance (spousal support), pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and post-judgment enforcement actions.
Adam handles divorce cases in the Supreme Court in Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens County. He routinely handles matters in Family Court, including child support, child custody, visitation, and orders of protection (family offense petitions).
In addition to working closely with Mr. Pickney on complex cases, Adam handles a variety of matrimonial and family law matters.
Adam regularly represents police officers, fireman, nurses, teachers, tradesman, small business owners, stay-at-home parents, and people from all walks of life when they and their families are confronted with divorce and family law issues.
Adam strives to represent his clients both effectively and efficiently, recognizing that disputes should be resolved through negotiation whenever possible.
However, when a matter cannot be resolved amicably, Adam will litigate matters involving child custody, business valuations, separate property claims, maintenance, and child support.
